The analysis is based on modeling sound wave propagation, taking into account the maximum distance from the source to the audience, the ambient background noise level, and the directivity characteristics of the speakers. We use specialized software to simulate dispersion patterns and optimize cluster positioning for uniform coverage, minimizing dead spots and avoiding feedback.

All temporary structures are designed according to European standards for static and dynamic loads (wind, snow, live load). We perform strength calculations for each component and conduct on-site inspections before and during assembly. Technical documentation includes material certifications and stability reports for authorities.

Logistical planning integrates real-time density maps, establishing dedicated access and exit corridors, as well as capacity control points. We model peak traffic scenarios to correctly size pathway widths and the number of passage points, ensuring orderly evacuation if necessary.

The three critical factors are: weather conditions (humidity, wind), reflections from surrounding surfaces (buildings, ground), and urban background noise. The system is pre-calibrated to compensate for these variables, and during the event, sound engineers make dynamic adjustments based on continuous monitoring of audio levels in different areas of the site.

All key systems (power, audio processing, communications) operate in a redundant configuration (N+1). Power sources are dual, with an automatic transfer switch (ATS). Audio signal lines are routed through distribution matrices with automatic switch-over in case of failure. This protocol ensures operational continuity without perceptible interruptions.
