Terms and Conditions of Use

1. Presentation of Services

Antalya Acustic provides professional sound system engineering and logistics services for massive events. Our services include acoustic analysis in open spaces, crowd flow management, and implementation of structural safety protocols for temporary platforms and industrial stages.

All service descriptions presented on the site are accurate and verifiable. We do not make promises or guarantees that cannot be supported from a technical and professional standpoint.

2. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

• The Provider (Antalya Acustic) undertakes to perform the services according to the agreed technical specifications, with professionalism and in compliance with all applicable safety standards.
• The Client undertakes to provide all necessary information and access for a correct analysis of the location and to respect the technical and safety recommendations formulated by our specialists.
• Any change to the purpose or scope of the project after work has begun must be approved in writing by both parties and may involve adjustments to costs and deadlines.

3. Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the provision of services is limited to the value of the respective contract.

We are not liable for damages caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to, extreme weather conditions, acts of authorities, or the Client's negligence in applying the recommended safety measures.

4. Payment and Cancellation Terms

Payment deadlines and conditions are established in the commercial offer or contract. Fees for canceled services are subject to the following transparent conditions:

• Cancellation more than 30 days before the event: 100% of the advance payment is refunded.
• Cancellation between 15 and 30 days before the event: 50% of the advance payment is refunded.
• Cancellation less than 15 days before the event: the advance payment is non-refundable.

5. Termination of Use and Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate the provision of services to a Client who repeatedly violates these terms or who interferes with our ability to serve other clients under safe conditions.

These Terms and Conditions may be updated periodically. The updated version will be posted on this page, with the date of the last revision noted. Continued use of the services after the changes are posted constitutes acceptance of them.
